Overseas Deliveries

We do send orders overseas so please contact us by email (sales@nichehome.co.uk) and we will quote you the delivery costs to your country.

Stock and Delivery Schedule

We will dispatch your order within two days. but please allow 5 to 10 working days before contacting us.

Should an item be out of stock we will dispatch the remaining order and send on the ‘back order’ item separately. Postage will only be charged once and we will of course notify you if this happens.

Please allow six weeks for delivery of out of stock items. This time can vary as we source products internationally and thus rely on others.

You must inform us as soon as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

We do not guarantee sizes and colour as most of our products are specially made and are not always identical.
