Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on ‘add to the basket’ next to the item you want to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few necessary details that we need to be able to complete your order.
If you are shopping from Europe, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept most major cards including Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. You can also send a UK cheques – see Mail Order below.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract for sale exists between us. Our contract for sale will exist when an order has been confirmed, processed and mailed. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or we are unable to authorise your payment. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable.
Mail Order
If you want to pay with a UK cheque or postal order then place your order as directed and select the ‘’cheque’’ option in the checkout process. Send your cheque made payable to ‘Niche Home’ to PO Boxxxxxxxxxxx Allow 5 working days extra for your cheque to clear and your order to be dispatched.
Placing Orders by Phone
You can alternatively order your goods by ringing our sales line on 0844 2570 449 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Calls are charged at local rates from a BT landline. If we are busy please leave your message and contact number and we will get back to you.

Delivery Costs
Overseas Deliveries We do send orders overseas so please contact us by email (sales@nichehome.co.uk) and we will quote you the delivery costs to your country.

Stock and Delivery Schedule We will dispatch your order within two days. but please allow 5 to 10 working days before contacting us. Should an item be out of stock we will dispatch the remaining order and send on the ‘back order’ item separately. Postage will only be charged once and we will of course notify you if this happens.
Please allow six weeks for delivery of out of stock items. This time can vary as we source products internationally and thus rely on others.
You must inform us as soon as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We do not guarantee sizes and colour as most of our products are specially made and are not always identical. |

Our Returns Policy We operate a No Quibble returns policy. We can exchange or refund your goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase unused, intact in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Do this by first contacting us by email or telephone within 7 working days and quoting the order number supplied to you.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend you obtain proof of postage and take out appropriate postal insurance to cover their value. If you wish to return the goods please complete the Returns Form and enclose with the goods. We will refund the value of items returned but not the original postage. If we cannot credit the original card with the value of the goods we will send you a sterling cheque.
Your rights to return goods are protected by the UK’s distance selling regulations. Other Conditions These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
